Rules for establishments
- In order to count as dog friendly, your establishment must allow dogs inside. Dogs can be restricted to specific areas, but these areas must be properly inside. Semi-inside, e.g. under a canopy or other not-closable area, does not count.
- Your establishment can be an mostly-outside, e.g. an outside café, as long as dogs are allowed everywhere humans are allowed (and you can place orders).
- Unless stated otherwise, dogs of all sizes should be allowed.
Rules for dog owners
- Assume all the places listed only allow dogs if they are well behaved, on leads, and clean.
- Do not assume dogs are allowed on the furniture.
- Please let us know if any places change their mind and complain if you try to bring in a dog.
- Remember, the doggy dollar is powerful; spend your money in dog-friendly places! 💸💸
